This handmade knife is designed by Vaudeville's Chef Jordan Muraglia and crafted by Russell Montgomery in Houston, Texas. Designed for the most enhanced cooking experience, the ergonomic qualities of the knife provide a comfortable placement in your hand, that drastically reduces and also eliminates calluses. The blade is high-end stainless steel CPM154, integrated into a stabilized spalted pecan wood handle with 304 stainless bolsters and 1/8" pins to provide an elegant look and a smooth feel.
