Michelin three-star mixologist Brian Van Flandern, world-renowned for creating innovative cocktails using fresh, exotic ingredients for famed chefs Thomas Keller, Mario Batali, and Michel Richard, launched his new book Craft Cocktails at the Pegu Club in New York City. The party was hosted by Assouline, Brian Van Flandern and Robert Oppenheimer, Manager of Pegu Club, in the presence of Prosper Assouline and sponsored by Cointreau and G’Vine. The 150 guests happily purchased the book and had the chance to experience two very tasty cocktails: The Standard (gin based) and The BlueCumber (tequila based).
