Ageing: Fermented over 6-10 days. The new wine reamins on its skins for a post-fermentation maceration for 10-20 days.
Profile: Deep, dark purple notes of blueberries and wild berries, and hints of cedar and violets.
Palate: Fresh, fruity, and tasty, and with rich acidity and sweet tannins, its abundant fruit lends a long finish.
