Ageing: Fermentation of the must in old wooden 30-Hectorliter-Barriques, 11 days of contact on the skins, about 6 months of maturation in steel tanks.
Profile: Golden yellow with a clear amber note, the scent has the inviting typical note of re-fermented grapes, and ripe scents with sun-dried apricot and yellow flowers in the foreground.
