The vaudeville.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Vaudeville vaudeville.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of vaudeville.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference. www.vaudeville.com is a E-commerce Site
This website provides a variety of items for sale including gifts, decor articles, furniture, and gourmet items.
**Privacy**
Your use of vaudeville.com is subject to Vaudeville’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Visiting vaudeville.com or sending emails to Vaudeville constitutes electronic communications. Vaudeville does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use vaudeville.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
**Cancellation/Return Policy**
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We also deduct a 10% restocking fee from the final purchase price.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@vaudeville.com and send your item to: 230 East Main Street, Fredericksburg, TX, 78624, United States.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 230 East Main Street, Fredericksburg, TX, 78624, United States.
Please use the return label you received with your online order. You will not be charged for return shipping but there is a 20% restocking fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Freight items that have been purchased and are no longer wanted due to the shipping price provided to you through us from the freight company, there will be 20% cancellation fee of the final sales amount. Please see "freight shipment/ standard shipment" for more details. Freight items are excluded from free shipping.
**Standard Shipment/ Freight Shipment**
Standard Shipment: Each order receives a default flat rate shipping charge of US$15. No matter how many items are in your order, the flat rate charge remains the same. Once an order has reached US$250, shipping is free. The flat rate shipping charge is shipped with UPS Ground Service. Please allow 3-5 business days for the standard shipment to arrive. Users have the options to ship their packages faster. Possible shipping methods and prices are shown during step 3 of the checkout process - "shipping method".
Freight Shipment: All items that are clearly marked as "freight items" in their specifications will charge the client with a US$50 freight base charge per freight item. After the purchase has been made, we will contact our freight company and receive an exact shipping quote for the purchased item(s) being shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout. Once Vaudeville has obtained the freight shipping quote, we will contact you (the client) via the phone number or email address provided during checkout and communicate the final shipping costs to you. The US$50 freight base charge per item will be deducted from the final shipping costs. Free shipping does not apply to any freight items. In the event of ordering a freight item and non-freight item in the same order, orders will be process as two separate transactions
Shipping times:
Orders received after 4pm Central Time Zone on Friday will not be mailed out until the following Monday. Any order received after 4pm Monday-Thursday will be shipped the following business day.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Vaudeville with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Vaudeville with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
