We have focused on the strength, flexibility, and rarity of wild grapes. Vitality of wild grapes are admirable however, as it wraps itself around other trees and cause serious damages, it is a plant that needs to be cut down in order to maintain the forest. Our focus is to up-cycle the unwanted by giving new value.
SPECIFICATIONS:
All of the Yama-Biko products are created by hand. The Japanese traditional hand weaving technique has been passed down for generations. It requires precise and careful skills. As we inherited this traditional craft, we will continue to study the art of weaving to create products that meet the needs of the modern age.
